When can you expect the delivery of your order?

After you have completed your order and we have received the payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This also applies if you have chosen Afterpay. We will process all orders placed before 3 p.m. CST the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next working day.

United States:

If you opted for Standard Shipping by USPS, your order will be delivered between 14-21 working days. In case of FedEx international Connect Plus, your order will be delivered between 3-5 working days. For FedEx international priority you can expect 1-2 working days delivery.

Canada:

If you opted for Standard Shipping by Post, your order will be delivered between 14-21 working days. In case of FedEx international Connect Plus, your order will be delivered between 3-5 working days. For FedEx international priority you can expect 1-2 working days delivery.

United Kingdom:

Within the United Kingdom your order will be delivered by DPD in between 2-3 working days.

Ireland:

Your order will be delivered by DPD in between 3-4 working days.

If you opted for Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered between 14-21 working days. In case of FedEx Express your order will be delivered between 5-7 working days.

If you opted for Standard Shipping, you order will be delivered between 14-21 working days. In case of FedEx Express, your order will be delivered between 5-8 working days.

New Zealand:

If you opted for Standard Shipping, you order will be delivered between 14-21 working days. In case of FedEx Express, your order will be delivered between 6-9 working days.

Europe & Worldwide:

Within Europe the delivery is 1-5 working days. Delivery to other countries will be within 14-21 working days by Post. Please contact us if you want Express Delivery. In the unlikely event that your product is out of stock, you will be informed the same day. We also inform you about the expected delivery day. If you then want to cancel your order, this is of course possible.

Returns

After receiving your order, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you must report this to us via [email protected] within 30 days and return the product or products to us in \"new condition\" together with the completed return form. After processing your returned goods, you will receive the full purchase amount back on your account within a maximum of 5 working days.
