Where can I buy the Steve Originals compression stocking aids?

What material are the Steve Originals products made of?
The Steve Complete is made of ABS, nylon and aluminum.
The Steve EasyON is made of ABS. The Steve Ring OFF is made of nylon.
The Steve Glides are made of a very smooth nylon with silicone coating. The Steve Glide OFF is made of nylon and Velcro.
The Steve Gloves grip gloves are made of latex and polyester. The latex-free gloves contain polyester and nitrile.
The Steve travel bag is made of polyester.
What is the best way to wash my Steve Original support stocking puller?
The Steve Complete, Steve EasyON and Steve Ring OFF can be easily cleaned by washing with mild soap and then thoroughly rinsing and afterwards drying with a clean cloth.
The Steve Glides can be hand washed at 30 degrees. The Steve Gloves grip gloves are washable by hand at 30 degrees and can also be cleaned with alcohol.
How do I know what size stocking aid I should order?
It is important that you measure your calf circumference and foot width before placing your order for a Steve Complete or Steve EasyON compression stocking tool. On each product page you will find a clear size chart with all the necessary information.
Are you hesitating between 2 sizes? In that case we advise you to order both sizes so you can try them on at home and return the one you don’t need.
The right size Steve Glide Dolphin you choose based on your shoe size. The sizes of the gloves correspond to regular gloves sizes XS=5.5 S=7 M=8 L=9/10 XL=11/12.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship our compression stocking aids basically all over the world.
What are the shipping costs?
United States: Fedex International Connect Plus is free from $55.00 . Below this amount, shipping costs by USPS are $14.40. You have the possibility to opt for FedEx International Connect Plus or FedEx International priority if you would like to have your order delivered faster. For orders up to $59.99 we charge $19.90 for Fedex International Connect Plus. If you opt for Fedex International Priority we charge $29.29 for all orders.
Outside United States: Shipping is free for orders from $115.00. For Express charges please contact us.
What is the delivery time?
United States: If you opted for Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered between 14-21 working days. In case of FedEx international Connect Plus, your order will be delivered between 3-5 working days. For FedEx international priority you can expect 1-2 working days delivery. Outside the United States shipping by USPS will be 14-21 working days.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
Yes, when we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can easily track the shipment of your Steve Originals stocking aid.
Has my order been shipped?
When we ship your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. This also contains the Track & Trace code which you can consult for the status of the shipment.
What is your policy regarding exchanges and returns?
Did you accidentally order the wrong size or are you not satisfied with the aid you bought? We offer free exchanges or returns up to 30 days after purchase.
How can I exchange or return my order?
If you want to exchange or return an order you must first register it online. For this you need the order number of your order. This is mentioned in the confirmation email you received from us.
I have returned my order. What happens now?
When we receive your return you will receive a confirmation by email. Unless you have requested to exchange your order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible.

How long does it take for my purchase amount to be refunded?
We strive to refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after we have received the returned product.

How long do I have warranty on my Steve Original compression stocking device?
For the Steve Complete and Steve EasyON we offer you a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the Steve Glide Dolphin and Steve Glide Clipper is 6 months from the date of purchase. Therefore, it is important that you keep your proof of purchase.
How does the warranty for my Steve Originals work?
We ask you to activate your warranty for the Steve Complete and Steve EasyON using the warranty registration form. With the help of this information we can improve our products and service.
A part of my Steve Originals compression stocking device needs to be replaced, what should I do?
If you have a part that needs to be replaced because you for example lost it, please contact us. We have all parts in stock and in most cases we can send you a new part.
